Halepi-Wilson Foreign Language School was founded in 1993 as Halepi-Wilson School of English by the sisters Helen Halepis and Francie Wilson. As we were raised in Sydney, Australia, we are native speakers of English and began teaching English enthusiastically implementing and sharing
our valuable experiences of our schooling.
We began our school dynamically, exploiting the latest teaching methods but also taking the learning of the English language out of the limits of the classroom by organising educational excursions locally and abroad. We have visited museums, exhibitions, the zoo, the American Farm School always with an aim to benefit educationally from these trips .Even our trips to the cinema and theatre have an academic purpose.
After Francie's departure in 2002, Halepi-Wilson Foreign Language School remains a successful family business with a young energetic and yet highly experienced staff and the addition of other foreign languages.
Our new premises,, to which we moved in 2003 were from the start equipped with state-of-the-art technology and were the first in our area, but also of the first educational institutions in Greece, to use Interactive Whiteboards and the Response System in the lessons of all levels.
What distinguishes us, however, and what we take pride in, is the excellent rapport we have not only with our students but also with their parents and guardians. Our cooperation is the key factor in the excellent preparation of our students at all levels of language learning.
